1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WALogics E-Commerce Hub ("WALogics", "we", "us", or "our") accessible at walogics.com/ecommerce, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or submit software applications.

2. Directory Listings & Submissions

WALogics provides a curated discovery platform connecting software founders, SaaS companies, and digital commerce operators with online merchants. Founders may submit their software for review and listing under three distinct tiers:

• Free Standard Submission: Subject to standard editorial review with no guaranteed listing timeframe. Backlinks are provided with rel="nofollow".
• Fast-Track Verified ($49 One-Time Lifetime Listing — Early-Bird Rate): Prioritized editorial verification within 24 hours. Approved listings receive a permanent lifetime profile listing, a permanent Do-Follow SEO backlink, a Blue Verified Trust badge, and priority directory indexing. (Standard list price: $149).
• Category Hero Sponsor ($99/Month Recurring): Premium category #1 spotlight placement, glowing Editor's Choice badge, homepage spotlight rotation, and permanent Do-Follow backlink. Billed on a recurring 30-day subscription.

3. Editorial Integrity & Rejections

We reserve the right to review, reject, or delist any software that promotes malicious software, deceptive marketing practices, unlawful activities, or low-quality merchant experiences. Submissions rejected for safety or policy violations are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

4. Payment Processing

Payments for fast-track reviews and category sponsorships are securely processed by authorized payment partners, including Dodo Payments Inc. We do not store or process your credit card or sensitive payment details directly. By placing an order, you also agree to the payment partner's terms and billing agreements.

5. Subscriptions, Cancellations & Renewals

Category Hero Sponsorships renew automatically every 30 days unless canceled by the subscriber before the billing renewal date via the customer portal. Upon cancellation, the Hero placement remains active until the end of the paid 30-day billing cycle, after which the tool reverts to a standard verified listing.

6. Intellectual Property

Software titles, trademarks, brand assets, and logos displayed on WALogics belong to their respective copyright holders. By submitting your tool or claiming a profile, you grant WALogics a non-exclusive license to display your brand name, trademarks, screenshots, and descriptions for editorial directory indexing and promotional outreach.

7. Limitation of Liability

WALogics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including server downtime, loss of traffic, or third-party software conduct.
