2. Digital AI Skill Bundles & Vaults ($9, $19, $39)
Irrevocable Digital Goods (All Sales Final): Due to the immediate digital nature of our products—which grant instant lifetime access to unredacted prompt source code, negative constraint templates, and downloadable .skill.md files—all purchases of AI Skill Bundles are final and non-refundable once access has been provisioned. Digital information cannot be physically returned once revealed or copied.

3. Local Taxes, VAT, and Global Statutory Fees (#)
Base Currency & Net Pricing: All catalog prices displayed across WALogics (e.g. $9, $19, $39, $49, $99) are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) net of applicable local sales taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT), or Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Merchant of Record Compliance: Transactions on WALogics are processed by our authorized Merchant of Record partner, Dodo Payments Inc. (or its affiliates). As the Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments is legally required to identify the buyer's billing jurisdiction (via IP address, card issuer country, or billing address) and automatically calculate, collect, and remit statutory digital goods taxes on behalf of local tax authorities:
- India: Statutory 18% GST (Online Information Database Access and Retrieval - OIDAR services tax) is calculated at checkout.
- European Union & United Kingdom: Statutory VAT (typically 19% to 25% depending on member state) is calculated at checkout.
- United States & Rest of World: Applicable state sales taxes are applied where economic nexus thresholds are met. In zero-tax jurisdictions, no tax is added.
B2B Tax Exemption & Invoices: If you are purchasing as a registered business entity, you may enter your valid GSTIN (India), VAT ID (Europe/UK), or corporate tax identification number on the Dodo Payments checkout screen to receive a compliant tax invoice and apply reverse charge / input tax credits.
4. Fast-Track Tool Listings ($49 One-Time)
- 100% Full Refund if Rejected: If our editorial team reviews your software submission and determines it does not meet our minimum quality or security standards, your submission will be rejected and we will issue an immediate 100% refund back to your original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Once Published: Once your software listing is approved, published, and the permanent Do-Follow SEO backlink is indexed on our domain, the one-time editorial review fee is non-refundable.
5. Category Hero Sponsorship ($99/Month Recurring)
- Exclusive Placement Reservation: Category Hero spots are strictly capped to ensure maximum exposure and prevent dilution. When you sponsor a category, that spot is locked specifically for your brand.
- Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your Hero Sponsorship subscription at any time with a single click through the customer billing portal. Upon cancellation, your placement remains live until the end of your prepaid 30-day billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.
- Pro-Rated Refunds: Due to the reserved nature of premium placement spots, partial or pro-rated refunds are not issued for mid-cycle cancellations once the billing period has commenced.
