1. Information We Collect

When you visit or interact with WALogics E-Commerce Hub (walogics.com/ecommerce), we collect minimal data necessary to provide a fast, secure, and transparent directory service:

  • Account & Submitter Information: When you submit or claim a tool, we collect your name, business email address, tool website URL, and product metadata.
  • Outbound Click & Usage Analytics: We log aggregated outbound click interactions (e.g. clicks to listed SaaS websites) with cryptographically hashed IP addresses to prevent fraud, count outbound clicks, and protect affiliate referral paths.
  • Payment & Billing Information: Payment transactions are handled directly by our PCI-DSS compliant Merchant of Record partner (such as Dodo Payments). WALogics does not store credit card numbers or billing CVVs on its servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data solely for legitimate business operations:

  • To verify, publish, and maintain software directory listings.
  • To send order confirmation receipts, listing approval notices, and renewal alerts via Zoho Mail.
  • To generate verified click count metrics displayed in our SaaS intelligence profiles.
  • To safeguard against automated spam, link farming, and malicious activity.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

We use lightweight cookies and browser local storage strictly for essential platform functionality, including user authentication sessions (NextAuth) and theme preferences (dark/light mode). We do not deploy invasive third-party ad retargeting trackers.

4. Third-Party Disclosures & Integrations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with trusted infrastructure providers required to operate WALogics:

  • Cloud Database: Neon PostgreSQL (serverless, encrypted at rest and in transit).
  • Payment Gateways: Dodo Payments (Merchant of Record and secure checkout).
  • Transactional Email: Zoho Mail (SMTP enterprise communications).

5. Data Retention & Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or ask for complete deletion of your account and submitted tool profile. To exercise these rights, please email us with your domain proof.
